Commissions are always welcome.
To begin a commission, I will need four things from you; a 50% deposit, the size of the piece, the color that you’d like the piece to be, and whether or not you would like the piece to be custom framed. To help guide me through your commission, please select one to three Images of my previous paintings, along with what you like or dislike about them, this is very helpful for me to determine the composition and overall style of your commissioned piece.
Once your commission is completed, I will schedule a day to reveal the piece to you, if you cannot meet at my studio arrangements can be made to have the piece delivered to your home. If you reside outside of Washington state, or outside of the United States, the piece will need to be placed in a custom crate and shipped to you, arrangements and cost for these long-distance deliveries will be disclosed and discussed prior to the beginning of your commission.
As my paintings are sculptural they are almost impossible to change once completed, I invite you to be open and feel free to voice your concerns about the look of your painting during the initial phase of the commission process, I want to be happy with the painting as well as you. The current time between the initiation and completion of a piece is ten weeks from the date the deposit is received.
